Refund, Cancellation, Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Overview
This policy outlines the terms related to consultations, payments, prescription fulfillment, shipping, and returns for services provided through EMRRX.
EMRRX is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers and pharmacy partners. EMRRX does not directly provide medical care or dispense medications.
2. Consultation Fees (Non-Refundable)
Fees paid for telehealth consultations are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed or reviewed by a provider.
This includes:
- Medical intake review
- Provider evaluation
- Treatment recommendation
Refunds will not be issued based on:
- Patient not qualifying for treatment
- Provider declining to prescribe medication
- Patient dissatisfaction with medical outcome
3. Cancellation Policy
Before Consultation:
- You may cancel your consultation before it is reviewed by a provider to receive a full refund.
After Provider Review:
- Once a provider has begun reviewing your case, the consultation is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
4. Prescription & Medication Policy
- Medications are prescribed only when clinically appropriate
- Not all patients will receive a prescription
- Prescription decisions are made solely by licensed healthcare providers
Medication costs are separate from consultation fees and are charged only if a prescription is issued.
5. Pharmacy Fulfillment
Prescriptions are fulfilled by licensed U.S. pharmacies, including our partner Ola Pharmacy.
Pharmacy partners are responsible for:
- Dispensing medications
- Processing orders
- Shipping and delivery
EMRRX does not handle or ship medications directly.
6. Shipping Policy
- Shipping timelines vary based on pharmacy processing and location
- Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed
- Delays may occur due to:
- Pharmacy processing times
- Carrier delays
- Weather or external factors
Once a prescription is processed and shipped, the pharmacy partner assumes responsibility for delivery.
7. Returns & Medication Refunds
Due to safety and regulatory requirements:
- Medications cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed
- This includes unopened or unused medications
Exceptions may apply only if:
- The medication is damaged or incorrect upon delivery
- The issue is verified by the pharmacy partner
In such cases, the pharmacy will determine eligibility for replacement or refund.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact support@emrrx.com
- We will coordinate with the pharmacy partner to resolve the issue
Resolution may include:
- Replacement shipment
- Investigation with the carrier
9. Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.
EMRRX does not store full payment card information.
10. Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback:
