EMRRX is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers and pharmacy partners.

We do not directly provide medical care or dispense medications. All clinical services are delivered by affiliated providers, including Ola Health.

2: HOW OUR SERVICE WORKS

Patients complete a medical intake and are connected with a licensed healthcare provider.

The provider reviews the patient’s information and determines whether treatment is appropriate.

If medically necessary, a prescription may be issued and sent to a licensed pharmacy for fulfillment.

3: MEDICAL PROVIDERS

All medical consultations are conducted by licensed healthcare professionals through our partner network, including Ola Health.

Providers are responsible for:

• Evaluating patient eligibility
• Making clinical decisions
• Prescribing medications when appropriate

EMRRX does not make medical decisions.

4: WHERE WE SERVE

Services are available in the United States where our affiliated providers are licensed to practice telemedicine.

Patients are matched with providers who are authorized to deliver care in their state.

5: PHARMACY FULFILLMENT

Prescriptions are fulfilled by licensed U.S. pharmacies, including our partner Ola Pharmacy.

Pharmacy partners are responsible for:

• Verifying prescriptions
• Dispensing medications
• Shipping orders

EMRRX does not dispense medications directly.

6: IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS

• Medications are prescribed only when clinically appropriate
• Not all patients will qualify for treatment
• EMRRX does not provide emergency care

All healthcare providers and pharmacy partners operate in compliance with applicable federal and state laws.

Providers are licensed in the jurisdictions where they deliver care.
